Unpaid cancelled days are a risk
If a day is cancelled and unpaid, do not assume it helps your count. Build extra time into your plan.
Keep cancelled-shift messages
Save messages showing when shifts were cancelled and why. They help you understand your timeline and explain gaps if needed.
Avoid a perfect-calendar plan
